You do know that the accelerometer output consists of 3 values for the X Y and Z components of acceleration, right?

I might actually go to the 2100 best buy because of points and I can put it on my card. Hopefully they will have it in white! I don't think I can camp out, so I will be there in the morning to see how the line goes.

generally i found the copy to be pretty good. it was punchy and there were some good analogies.
The video got the point across but was unrefined and generally needed to be tightened and focused. For example i would have stopped at the roommate eating the cereal because i get it and everything after becomes redundant. I think you're succeeding from a Communications perspective but the Filmmaking chops need to be developed.
I thought pocket change was the best shot (lower thirds could be a smaller font with a background transparency for readability).

FYI, it's not just a different manufacturer, the newer drive burns CDs faster and does DVD-RAM also.

Just create an unlocked iPhone and give every consumer choice. I thought apple is concerned with the users experience. I can't stand the BS in the whole unlocking/jailbreak experience. Apple just mandate that all phones are to be factory unlocked and quite bowing down to big cell companies.

I was digging on Wikipedia and other sources. I must have missed the part where Microsoft either sold or kept their stocks. I couldn't find hard evidence that they truly sold it. If they own 1/100 of a percent, then they are just keeping a light leash for some corporate reason.
But here is a hypothetical question you all should think of. I think of it myself sometimes. I'd like to and hope it isn't true.
Since Microsoft did help support competition between the two, what if they shared OS features? Anyone can lie up on stage if they are a good actor about their OS being original and that such and such company is copying them. But if Bill Gates struck another deal that allowed Apple to release the features we love in OS X before Vista, that would be unusual.
Just Question. I just get the feeling that something isn't right.
Asides from that, I never like hearing Ballmer talk on stage. It isn't because he is affiliated with Microsoft. He just talks in such a way that everything is generalized. "Vista will change the way you look at your computer" or something like that. He was ranting about MS Office creating new ways of writing a document. *sigh*
Oh and I use both platforms!
For gaming Athlon Alienware PC. I did a price quote to see if the All-New 7500 was similar to the Mac Pro on pricing.
It is 100-200 cheaper than the Mac Pro! I don't want an/another Alienware PC The difference between the two are the video cards. 7900 for Alienware and 7300 for Mac Pro. I'm not sure which one is a better card. Also, the 7500 has SLI, which would be great not just for gaming, but for rendering 3d projects! Any ideas if the Mac Pro would support SLI?
That Mac Pro is beautiful! Someday, I would love to own one after I finish paying off my college loans :(

apple confidential - good book, but i think it's bit of an information overload. the layout is kinda odd - i can't remember, but i don't think it was chronological. and plus there was little 'facts' splattered all over the page. i think :rolleyes:
icon - this one was okay. i was looking forward to this one (maybe because it actually has a decent cover?). anyway, it didn't disappoint. i liked it because it was much more up to date than the others (and therefore covered apple & steve's recent success)
the second coming of steve jobs - i bought this as an audiobook and i've listened to it a few times. very interesting. (although maybe i liked it because it was being read to be and i'm lazy? who knows..)

There is no special license required to accept credit cards. Most larger vendors require successfully passing a personal credit check. Doesn't matter about the business credit - they want to check your personal credit. Intuit is one such vendor. I have my clients use Square. It is simple to set up, doesn't require invasive personal credit checks (which many people feel is discriminatory) and is easy to use. It does have its pitfalls however. And those pitfalls may make or break a business from using Square.
A cart system would be efficient in this case but I hesitate to recommend using PayPal. You can do your own research on the horrors of PayPal but I can tell from first hand experience PayPal was a good thing in the 90's but they have morphed into a beast of horrors. They are notorious for shutting down your account and hold funds for 180 days or longer. The only explanation is that your are considered high risk.
I have set up many payment systems for clients but would never ever use PayPal. But it's your choice. I am sure there are PayPal fans here on the forum that will scratch their back. Not me.

Hmm. I'm actually impressed with the fact that Apple is totally ditching the 15" monitor so soon. It seems to me that they should keep a lower end model (one that could sell for under $999) at least until after the holidays- It'd be perfect for a gift- esp. with that Dell all in one piece of garbage on the market. Apple'd sell loads of 'em. Casual users don't really need a bigger monitor and it seems that's who Apple is after with their "switch" commercials.
